while i was on vacation up in san jose, ca my boyfriend moved everything out of our rental house in colton, ca and filled for custody of our 22 month old daughter. He called me the night before he was suppose to pick me up and laid this all on me then. i just got a job and still in school. he only allowed me to see her for maybe 10Minutes. i have been a stay at home mom since she was born and i got her on my medi-cal whereas he didn't want to put her on his better medical insurance from his work. i even took her to all her doctor appointments ad he only went to 3 of them since he wa born What are the chances ill get majority custody of her? I meant joint custody of her, hes the one who wants her to mainly live with him. And his name is on the birth certificate. I also am getting help from legal aid. I was dependent on himcause we were engaged so i have no money to afford a lawyer. And i dont have anything that can be sold. I have all the things i need and nothing to sell. No valuables...
